Body Boot Camp is the perfect combination of personal training and group fitness
in a fun outdoor environment. Improve your cardiovascular health, develop muscular
endurance, and increase your fitness level as you engage in plyometric drills that
incorporate teamwork and individual challenges.   

Whether you are a beginner, an advanced exerciser, or somewhere in between, Boot
Camp will take you and your body to the next level. You will be lead by two nationally
certified instructors through a two-hour traveling course in Sugarhouse Park!  
*Note: Boot Camp takes place in doors during bad weather.

MEETING LOCATIONS:  
  1. If Good Weather:  We meet at  Sugarhouse Park on 1700 East and 2300 south on the most eastern side of the
    park.  There is plenty of parallel parking on the street.  Do not enter the park.....We do not meet inside of it.
  2. If Bad Weather:  We meet at Boxing is for Girls:  A Gym for Men and Women on 1983 South 1100 East.

  Note:  Boot Camp will NOT be cancelled due to bad weather!!!  If on the morning of boot camp, the weather
                    is wet, cold, rainy, snowy or any other condition mother nature can throw, we train indoors at a local
                    gym (just a mile away) called

DON'T FORGET:
  • Be 5-10 minutes early so you have enough time to fill                                                                                                                    
    out your release form
  • Wear appropriate footwear
  • Dress for the weather
  • Bring water
