Weekend Health & Fitness Retreats:
Focus on your nutritional, exercise, and weight-loss goals while enjoying the comforts of a four
star hotel. Nestled in the heart of the rocky mountains (just 15 minutes south of Park City, UT),
our weekend health retreats are housed in the incredible Zermatt Resort & Spa located in the
charming town of Midway, Utah.
Our weekend weight loss retreat (health retreat) focuses on exercise and nutrition training in a
three-day workshop setting. During the retreat, participants take part in group exercise classes,
outdoor recreation, cooking classes, nutrition education workshops, personalized fitness
training, weight loss consultations, stress managment techniques and more......individuals will
learn how to effectively plan and cook healthy meals, balance their approach to weight loss and
discover the truth about exercise and nutrition from real health and fitness professionals.
- Arrivals/Departures: 4:00pm Fridays until 12:00pm Sunday
- Price:
- $799.95 per person [one person with single bed]
- $599.95 per person [two individuals with one shared bed]
- $549.95 per person [group of 4 with two shared beds]
- $499.95 per person [group of 6 with three shared beds]
* Price includes hotel stay, all meals & snacks, activities & consultations. Hotel
rooms are shared unless special requests have been made. Private rooms (one-
person per room), can only be provided given 14 days notice and may be subject to a
price increase. Participant enrollment ranges between 4-20 individuals per group.
